Technical and Professional Standards Applied to All Solutions
Data Security
Credentials are handled with least-privilege principles. API keys and access tokens are stored in environment variables, not in code. Clients receive a credentials guide at handover.
PDPA Compliance
Any integration that handles personal data is reviewed against Thailand's PDPA requirements. Consent flows and retention periods are addressed before the build begins.
Version Control
All integration code is maintained in version control. Changes are logged with clear descriptions. Rollback is possible without data loss on any project.
Staged Testing
Each integration is tested in a staging environment that mirrors production. Edge cases and failure modes are tested explicitly. Results are written up and provided to the client.
Plain Documentation
Documentation is written for non-engineers as well as technical staff. If a team member who was not involved in the project needs to make a change, the documentation should be enough.
Performance Baseline
We record response times and throughput during staging and compare them after a month in production. Drift from the baseline is noted in the Watch Service report.
