What does a Health Review actually involve?
We schedule a call or two to understand how your current systems are structured, what data flows where, and which processes could benefit from an AI connection. We then prepare a written options report that outlines what is feasible and how it would be monitored. You receive the document whether or not you continue with us.
Do I need to prepare anything before we start?
Not very much. It helps to have a rough idea of which tools your team uses day to day — things like CRMs, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, or internal databases. We do the technical mapping ourselves and will ask focused questions rather than broad ones.
How long does an Observed Integration take?
Typically around five weeks from sign-off to handover. The first week is scoping and environment setup, weeks two through four cover build and testing, and the final week is a handover period where your team can ask questions before we step back.
What does "readable monitoring" mean in practice?
It means the integration's status is shown in a simple interface that non-technical team members can read. Green means running. Amber means worth checking. Red means something stopped. You do not need to dig into logs to know if everything is working.
Can we start with a Health Review and decide later?
Yes, that is what the Health Review is designed for. It is a contained piece of work that gives you a clear picture of your options. If you decide to move forward, we apply the review findings directly to the integration plan. If you decide not to, you have still gained a useful document about your systems.
How does the Watch Service work once we are live?
A named engineer monitors your integrations, handles any issues that arise, and sends a plain-language report each month. The report covers uptime, any incidents, and notes on where the integration could be extended if you choose. There are no surprises in the invoices — the monthly rate covers all of that.
