Technology That Works Alongside Your Team
Kanya Digital started in Khon Kaen with a simple idea: AI tools should make sense to the people using them, and their health should be visible at a glance.
Back to HomeHow Kanya Digital Came to Be
Kanya Digital was founded in 2019 by a small group of systems engineers who had spent years watching businesses purchase AI software they could not fully use. The tools were often capable, but the connections to existing workflows were fragile, poorly documented, and difficult to monitor. When something went wrong, nobody knew about it until the damage was already done.
We decided to focus specifically on the integration layer — the technical bridge between a business's current tools and the AI services that could extend them. Our view is that a well-built integration should be as easy to read as a dashboard indicator. You should not need to be an engineer to know if your systems are running properly.
Since then, we have worked with businesses in logistics, retail, professional services, and operations management across Thailand. Each engagement follows the same structure: assess carefully, build with monitoring in mind, hand over thoroughly, and stay close if you want us to.
Calm Observability as a Standard
Visible by Design
Every system we build shows its own health in plain terms. Non-technical staff can read the status without training.
Addition, Not Replacement
We work around your existing tools. The goal is to extend what you already have, not to ask your team to learn a new system from scratch.
Thorough Handover
We write documentation that another engineer could follow without us. That is the standard we hold ourselves to on every project.
Honest Scope
If a system is not ready for an AI connection, we say so in the Health Review. We would rather give you useful information than proceed with something that is not ready.
The People Behind Kanya Digital
A small, focused group of engineers and technical advisors based in Khon Kaen.
Kanya Nantawong
Founder & Lead Engineer
Systems architect with a background in enterprise software integration. Kanya oversees all technical assessments and sets the observability standards applied to every integration.
Pichit Srisuphan
Integration Engineer
Pichit specialises in connecting AI APIs to legacy business tools. He builds the monitoring layer that makes each integration readable to non-technical users.
Warisa Charoenwong
Technical Advisor
Warisa works directly with clients during the Health Review phase, translating technical findings into clear written options that businesses can act on.
How We Work and What We Hold To
These are not policies on a poster. They are the practices that shape each engagement from first call to final handover.
Data Handling Protocol
We do not store client data beyond what is needed for the integration to function. All handling follows Thailand's PDPA framework. Clients receive a data map at handover.
Version-Controlled Builds
All integration code is maintained in version control with clear commit history. Changes are traceable, and rollbacks are possible without data loss.
Testing Before Handover
Each integration goes through structured testing in a staging environment before touching production systems. We document what was tested and the results.
PDPA Compliance
All integrations involving personal data are reviewed against Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. Consent flows and data retention are handled properly from the start.
Plain-Language Documentation
Every project ends with a handover pack written in English that a non-engineer can follow. Architecture diagrams, access credentials guide, and monitoring instructions are all included.
Monthly Review Cycle
Watch Service clients receive a structured monthly report. It covers uptime, any incidents in the period, and notes on whether anything in the integration merits attention.
AI Integration Expertise for Thai Business Operations
Kanya Digital operates from Khon Kaen and serves businesses across Thailand that want to connect AI services to their existing workflows in a measured, well-documented way. Our work covers the technical layer that most AI vendors do not address: the connections, the monitoring, and the handover materials that keep your team in control after we step back.
The integrations we build typically connect AI language models, document processors, or data analysis tools to the systems a business already runs — CRMs, ERP platforms, communication tools, and custom databases. Because we build monitoring into every connection, your team can see the health of each integration at any time without needing technical expertise.
We are particularly attentive to the PDPA requirements that apply to any integration handling personal data in Thailand. Our review process covers data flow mapping, consent mechanisms, and retention policies before any build begins. This reduces the risk of compliance issues after deployment.
Businesses in logistics, professional services, retail, and operations management have used our Health Review as a starting point. It provides a practical picture of what is feasible given your current systems, without any obligation to proceed further. Many clients find that picture useful on its own, even when the timing for a full integration is not right yet.
